Our biometric readers and sensors
We offer several biometric readers, whose technology is based on the recognition of fingerprint, face or iris. Our biometric readers are very powerful and most of them can recognize several fingers in a few seconds. We also have biometric tablets and we can offer you stainless steel protective housings all our range of products.
It’s new : VisionPass from IDEMIA is the newest addition to our range. It’s a very powerful biometric reader which can operate in 1-second, through several angles, no matter user size, and in all light conditions.
We also have a wide range of fingerprint sensors for a secure desktop enrolment or development with software applications. Our products are compatible with all IDEMIA’s range. Our contactless biometric readers
Biotime Biometrics offers several models of contactless biometric readers for sales. Their operation is based on facial recognition or “on-the-fly” finger capture. It is interesting to use contactless biometric readers because :
- they are more hygienic : there is no contact between the hand (fingers) and the reader. There is also no latent print left on scanners.
- they improve flow in high traffic areas : people keep walking while performing the authentication, traffic is therefore faster. Facial / finger recognition is done in less than a second.
